Our golfing organization has expanded steadily since its founding in 1964 and now attracts members from all over the commonwealth.  We’re always happy to welcome new members, whether they’re beginners or advanced, and we invite anyone interested in golf to come by and rub elbows with some of the finest gentlemen  golfers in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

How much does it cost to join the SGV? 

The Senior Amateur Tour annual membership cost $85.00 per year.


What is the cost of the tournaments? 


The cost of each tournament is $40. The entry fee for each tournament includes green fees and cart.

Why should I join the SGV?


 If you enjoy golf at some of the finest local courses, if you enjoy competitive stroke-play golf, if you want to improve your game by playing under tournament conditions like the pros, and if you like the feeling of winning, collecting prizes and trophies, join the SGV and enjoy all of these benefits.

Is there a deadline to join?

No, you can join the SGV anytime during the season.
